The beginning of a new year is a powerful time to reflect on the past and set intentions for the future.

I want to share more about my unique approach, which blends 30 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist and coach with meditation, transformative work with Dr. Joe Dispenza, and training with renowned experts like Marisa Peer in rapid transformational therapy and hypnosis.

I’ve had the privilege of attending 5 in-person retreats with Dr. Joe Dispenza and was recently accepted into his HCP training for healthcare professionals, where I am gaining specialized insights to enhance the impact of his work with my clients.

Additionally, my training as an Akashic Records guide, commitment to continuing education, and personal growth all contribute to a holistic and effective approach to help you embrace the highest version of yourself.

Exciting news! In 2024, I will be offering intimate, in-person small group experiences in Los Angeles.

These sessions aim to create a supportive and transformative environment for individuals seeking personal growth and connection.

I will continue offering personalized sessions over Zoom, ensuring accessibility and flexibility.

Some of the things you may be considering for the new year:

1. Embracing Change:
The New Year often brings a desire for positive change. Whether you’re facing personal challenges, feeling stuck, or simply seeking personal growth, psychotherapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we can work towards creating meaningful and lasting change in your life.

2. Setting and Achieving Goals:
If you have specific goals or resolutions for the year, coaching can be a valuable tool to help you set realistic objectives, break them down into manageable steps, and stay accountable. As a psychotherapist and coach, I am here to support you in navigating the challenges and celebrating the victories along the way.

3. Cultivating Self-Compassion:
The journey of self-improvement often involves practicing self-compassion. Psychotherapy can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, fostering a sense of self-acceptance and compassion. This, in turn, can positively impact your relationships, work, and overall well-being.

4. Managing Stress and Anxiety:
If stress and anxiety have been significant challenges for you, psychotherapy offers effective tools to manage and cope with these feelings. Together, we can explore strategies to build resilience, promote relaxation, and enhance your overall mental health.

5. Building Resilience:
Life is filled with ups and downs, and building resilience is a key component of navigating these challenges. Through psychotherapy and coaching, you can develop the skills and mindset needed to bounce back from setbacks, face adversity with strength, and embrace life’s uncertainties.
